I am 30 years old married girl. I want to know about which age is good for adopt pregnancy. I want to become pregnant in 31 age. I want to know after 30 can I face any problems adopting in pregnancy. I have regular periods come every month and I have no any health issue. My weight is 58 kg.

1) one can not plan pregnancy to perfection mmeaning you plan at age 31 but may not get. 2) problems for both mother and baby increase when pregnancy lodges at 34 years or more (mother's age)
