I'm a 22 year old male. My penis is rotated 20 degrees to the left and my left testicle remains a but upper than the left one. I don't remember that if I had rotated penis from childhood or has it become like that recently because of my excessive masturbation which once per day. And at the time of urination, my urine steam is not focused on a single normal stream, it gets spread out to whole of my penis opening. Plus i've experienced many split stream urine (both stream different direction) which is because of excessive masturbation, I think.
