I have so much confusion, delirium and dementia. Trouble concentration, electric kind shots whenever eating wheat or any dairy, carbs. So much lightheadedness and fatigue. When I eat something millets or oats I feel little but better for few hours. In morning when before going to stool, my dementia increases like hell.
