I' m a 36 yrs old female n have a problem of varicose veins in my left leg since past few years and n it' s increasing day by day please tell me what to do ?

You can take 3 precautions. First, avoid standing for long periods of time and even if are compelled to stand, make sure you are shifting on your feet and standing on your toes intermittently. Secondly, keep your leg elevated when sleeping at night. Third, you can get" varicose vein stockings" in surgical shops. Make sure that the size fits and use it during the daytime when you are standing. No need during night. But, you will probably require help to wear it.
