Having dull pain on my left testicle and lower groin for more than 7 months, I did usg of testes and whole abdomen, except for gall stone everything was normal. The pain is not very painful, sometimes when my mind is diverted I do not feel anything. No swelling or lump, I was told it’s chronic orchalgia. Is there any permanent solution?
