I have been taking seroflo 250 from 5 years as I was prescribed during my pregnancynwhen I was having shortness of breath. I had got like this shortness of breath when I was a kid when I visited very cold places hill stations but in pregnancy it became tough so doctor gave me this. Now I have been using it on n off but from a year I cannot sleep if I do not take a puff of inhaler and I am getting lot of mucus also. I have tried taking steam and doing yoga but nothing is helping me to stop taking seroflo 250. If I stop I am unable to sleep. Is there a way to stop this.

Dear lybrate-user it is unlikely that you will be off medicines forever, however, breathing exercises can help. Also you may get a pulmonary function test to know the current status and accordingly get treatment take care.
