I got some answers but not satisfied. I have no anemia, I am not smoker, no exertion, no gastritis, no anxiety, no hyperthyroid. I have experience of palpitation at the full rest time, sleeping time, reading & writing time, having launch or dinner time. There is no scheduled time. Any time in 24 hours. It goes 10-15 minutes to 6-7 hour. I know physical exercise may triggered and fast walking may triggered some time (not always). Heart beat goes up to 160-170 /bpm. Some times lapses 2-3 second. Some bits hit strongly and other consistently. It is happening 7-8 times in a month. What is the reliable solution?

Sir it appears you are having arrythmias. Would advise you to get an ecg + holter examination done and consult a cardiologist.
