You should do a upper g I endoscopy after consultation with a physician to confirm whether there is something inside the food pipe or you are just feeling it in the meantime you can start few medicines which you can get after consulting any physician or you can also consult online thank you.

Heart palpitation and very exhausted on 14th this month. So I went to the er on the same day. But after taking ecg, check bp and sugar they sent me back home saying everything is normal. Then, on 19th night I visited the er again. Doctor gave me clonazepam propranolol saying that I might be suffering from anxiety. Then iv fluid was administered on 19th this month. My health feels improve but still tiredness while breathing. All my reports cbc, echo, bp, cholesterol, thyroid, wbc, came normal. Still now no fever .and throat pain. I suspect it might be severe dehydration. If so how many does it takes to recover?

Greetings! its good to know that the reports came are of normal value. Generally signs of dehydration are- being very thirsty or increased thirst, a dry tongue, fatigue, confusion, irritation headaches are mostly there. Muscle cramps are present. Dark scanty urine. Also fever may precipitate rarely. So if your suspect dehydration, then the option you should go with is to adequately hydrate yourself. Especially in summer, there can be dehydration with electrolyte imbalance. So tender coconut water, plain water, oral rehydration solutions etc is advisable. But make sure not to over hydrate. I also advise you to consult a medicine specialist for opinion. Regards.

1.no alcohol 2. Reduce body wt if over wt 3. No smoking/ tobacco/drugs/ avoid pollution 4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Less sugar, potato, rice 5. 30 mts brisk walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily 7. Meditation daily for 10 mts. 6-8 hrs of sleep at night 8. Expose your body to sun for 15-20 mts daily after some oil massage to get vit d. 9. My age is 23. Since 3 years im having bloody streaks in vomit after alcohol and taking pantop 3-4 tablets the next day and recurrent vomiting. It relieves after one day. Since one week im having heart burn eating normal regular home cooked food n feeling that something is stuck in my chest after eating food. It is little relieved on hot water but it feels heavy in chest and also difficulty in breathing. I have gross dull pain over entire stomach and feel that its distended. Sometimes I feel hungry but stomach feels full all the time. The chest tightness is gone in the morning and is present after lunch and till I sleep. Im so irritated all the time please help is it serious. I can not eat normal food feel irritated whole day.

You have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3glass of warm water in the morning before brush 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ completely, no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. Caffeine 6. No smoking, chewing gum, and carbonated beverages. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibupani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day 9. Do not drink/ store water in plastic bottles. 10 .relax and walk for 30 mts daily 11. Take enough rest- do not lie down immediately after eating. Take dinner 3 hrs before sleeping. No late nights 11. Keep your weight under control. 13. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol 15. Reduce physical and mental stress. Maintain healthy life style. I am 46 years old active person, right now fasting is going on, since last 5 days feeling heaviness at left side lower chest (first chest ribs) I used pan40 found relief so daily I am using a tab pan 40, but some days even not relief after tab of pan 40, can you suggest why it is so and what to be do.

I am 30 years old female. I am having mild pressure in my chest area since last 15 days. And feel acute pain as well near my heart. I have thyroid issue n am taking 25 mcg regularly. I feel numbness in my legs as well sometimes n have cramps all over my shoulder area. Some times it feels that my chest pain is radiating to one from left to right arm .please suggest me something. I feel very weak though my weight is around 78 kg n have height of 5'6 inches.
