I am suffering from scrotal pain and I have a lump on right side of the testis. Right testis: 4.3x2.4x2. 7 cms left testis: 4.5x2.1x2. 6 cms right epididymis: 12x11 mm left epididymis: 11x10 mm both testis and epididymis are normal in size, echotexture and vascularity hypoechoic lesion meas 16x11 mm seen in right lateral wall of scrotum showing dense internal echoes-epidermal cyst. Dilated pampiniform plexus noted in right scrotal wall maximum luminal diameter meas 2.3 mm-varicocele.
