I am an indian male, 76 years old. Proven case of gerd for which I am on omez-d, for bp control I am on telma-h and for sugar I am on 10 units of 30/70 wosulin inj and 250 mg of glyciphage. Apart from this, a benign throid nodule was found on my left thyroid which is under constant observation and it does not grow. I was a smoker and I am off it for the last 20 years. Not a heavy smoker. Signs of copd and some lung incapacity now my problem is: I live in a hill station. Some days, I am perfect and some days, I develop heavy breathing. I inhale and then I am okay. Sometimes I feel the palpitation in the middle of my right chest near the heart. I seem to have a little phlegm always. When I cough some lump is formed sometimes below the left breast and some times on the right. And on the left below the ribs horizontally. I would like an explanation for this. Thank you in advance
