My platelet count was 3,68000/cmm & mpv was 9.6fl before 7 months ago. Today I do cbc test again & my platelet count is 4, 28500c/mm & mpv 8.1fl.why my platelet count is rising? Should I need to be worry about? I have dust allergies.
