Recently, I am suffering from mild forms of fecal incontinence. This is occurring occasionally. After I pass stool, for an hour or so afterwards, I feel as though small bits of liquid poo are coming out involuntarily while walking or moving or any slight physical activity. Recently, I have also been suffering from a range of digestion issues including constipation, diarrhoea (mainly after eating outside food), bloating. I have also been suspecting worm infections. Even though the problem is not happening very frequently, it does make me a little worried and uncomfortable. Should I be really worried or can small changes in dietary habits gradually improve this?
