I have blood deficiency and feeling very tired very frequently what diet should I maintain to increase my blood content?

Eat a good protein rich, high iron and vitamin c rich diet. Include sprouts, tofu, paneer, egg, soyabean, all pluses, green leafy vegetables and other vegetable. To increase fast: drink carrot and fruit juices. Eat a balances diet. Do not drink tea or coffee along with food. Add lemon to all your vegetables nd pulses. Eat different fruit, like others don't think that only anar juice will increase your hb. Eat small and frequant meals. Better to eat 20 gm of channa sprouts with jaggry will help you alot.
