Mujhe more then 2 months se bleeding ho rahi hai, stop ni ho rahi mene tranexamic acid and mefenamic acid tablets bhi le rahi hu last 25 days se but puri tarah bleeding stop ni ho rahi, please suggest me, kya kru.
