Dear user, practice yoga and meditation. It is proven to help reduce stress and anxiety. Exercising for at least 30 mins a day also makes yo feel better as endorphins are released. Try to be social with people by going out with friends and/or dates. Playing a sport with friends will also make you feel included and way better.
