I hope to get an answer from a psychologist/psychiatrist. My exams are within two weeks. I am stressed and to avoid stress I engage with other work ultimately procrastinating. I feel sleepy all the time. I have not done any work at all. If someone can give me advice/motivation to study it would be great" I have no one to ask help. Some motivating words will help a lot?

First of all make a time table, in which adequate hours of sleep/ rest should be there, because it would increase your productivity. Whenever you feel sleepy, play with your pet or listen music or do cooking or something like that for a while to refresh. Secondly ,at this precious moment, your diet means a lot. Strictly no to oily, spicy n junk food. It would make you more lethargy n upset your stomach also. Take only light, easily digestable food, fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid taking stomach full of meal. Last but not the least, 15-20 min yoga and meditation will make you refresh the whole day as well as increase your concentration for your exams.
