Plz help I am 17 years old I had porn addict I have stopped seeing porn for 3 months now I am concentrating on my studies but I am getting head aches at back how to get rid of it please help please say what to do.

You are getting headaches. I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of warm water daily. Do meditation for mental strength daily. Take milk and milk products daily. Avoid non veg and eggs always. Be positive and follow 100 % and be happy.
