I have chronic epididymitis since 3 years, since 3 years I have constant burning in my testicles and that burning sometimes becomes too intense that I couldn't even sleep , stand or sit. Since 3 years I tried all doctors allopathy, ayurvedic and homeopathy and didn't get mot even 1% relief. I am afraid that these burning flare-ups causes some more complications. Please help me solve my situation what steps I should take next? What should I do to get rid of this pain? I had 4 ultrasound in 2 said I have chronic epididymitis and another 2 said normal study. And urine culture no infection found. But I still have this intense pain like some one set my testicles on fire and I can't control it. Please guide me what should I do to get rid of this pain.
