Earfulness on left ear, left eye twitching, missed periods, sometimes I feel an insect crawling sensation over my head top which lasts for 24 hours and usually comes when I have missed periods. Vitamin d level -4.20 mg/dl for which im taking deksel syrup once a week. These days my left-hand goes numb after I wake up. Did ecg it was normal, mri of the brain was also normal. Tsh level-5.40.will it be considered hypothyroid t3, t4 levels are normal. Tsh-5.40.scared if it could be early sign of multiple sclerosis as I get left eyelid twitches and left palm numbness in the morning after waking up also I feel a needle-like sensation in my left hand.
