I am male 23 years old and no relationship yet, I had masturbated weekly twice before ,and recently after I masturbated ,i experienced that there is swelling on shaft of penis so that I stopped for two weeks. Again today I masturbated ,after around half an hour there is a little bit swelling I saw on my penis and I don't know what is the reason behind this. And I searched regards this problem on internet and it's says due to may be rough masturbation/no lubricant but before this swelling happen ,it doesn't happen for previous times to me. Is there is any daily workouts or home remedies to solve this. Or is it solved ever if I stopped for a months and ready for it.
