Sir I am suffering from the discharge of pus and some blood .which is near to the anus. So it is confirmed as fistula. Can I cure this without any surgery. Actually I have a pimple sized one near to the right side of anus. When I remove the pus and clear that again with in a week the same repeat can you pls suggest me what to do without any operation.
