I'm a 23 year old female. I have sinus tachycardia. I've done an ecg. I can't even move my body or walk, if I do that, then my heart starts beating quite fast. This is interfering in my daily life. Will I ever be able to workout in the gym? Will my heartbeat ever go back to normal?
