I have developed some kind of infection on my penis which has resulted in a whitish and foul smelling deposit over the head. Small reddish inflammation is also noticed. I clean it every time but it comes back again and again. It often causes itching and rarely the skin gets torn leading to minor bleeding. I have researched about it and I feel that its balanitis. However i'm not sure. This problem had happened earlier also but it got resolved on its own. But this time it's not getting resolved. Can you please help me with proper medical treatment?
