I (male 54, 5'10" 78 kgs) have a hard lump (not so big and easily noticeable) beneath my left ear at the starting of my jawline. I notice it 5 days back and hasn't changed in it's size since. No pus or reddening and the area is not tender. What could be the possible cause for the swelling?
