Age 23 year. Male. Sir I have alopecia since last 2-3 years. I am getting treatment since 12 months. Initially I was taking minoxidil 5% and finabled tablet 1mg. That time I feel good improvement in my hair density. And hair falling was completely stop. Then after 8 month I stop finabled and continue minoxidil 5% with bioty plus and CDP-Z tablet for last 3 month. But Now my hair falling is begin. At present I am continue with minoxidil5%, bioty plus, CDP-Z tablet only. But my hair fall is continue. I have lose hair on my both side portions only. And effective area is slightly increasing With the rate of 150- 160 hair per day. What can I do. I read about side effect of finabled tablet. That is related with sexuality. Like lack of sperm count. Losing sex libidos. And other sex related proteins. There are 2-3% of case of these side effects. So I want to neglect the finabled tablet. (which control the formation of DHT from testosterone). I also read about saw palemato oil. Which control formation of DHT in prostate gland. But not in blood DHT level. So can I use this. And pumpkin seed oil is also effective to control the formation of DHT in prostate gland and blood both. How can I decide for using this. I don't know which DHT level I have. In Prostate glad or in blood. Please suggest me which treatment is better for me all that is possible. My over all health is good. No any problem.
