good morning.u can have paneer daily but not on an complete empty stomach.suppose if a person's weight is 60kgs then he or she will need 60grams of protein in total per day.if u r looking for diet chart for a specific condition then pls book for the pkg services through online payment mode.every food items in excess amount intake not good for health.yes it is related to age/gender/weight.approx 20grams of paneer u can take per day.
