Best hair and skin supplements ,my skin is dull and I have thin hairs. Suggest me any good supplements that I can use without any prescription.

eat more protein diet and eat more fruits and vegetables because skin glow when there is no deficiency of vitamins and minerals in the body. I would like to suggest you avoid supplements for minor issues. try to cover up the deficiency by diet . if you taking nonveg then eat fish, and egg both are helpful in hair .
