For Gall bladder stones, most important thing is to remove it before it causes further complications. If it is keeping long term in Gall bladder cavity, it may causes blockage to biles flow also causes inflammatory changes and severe pain. Most important thing is long term fall bladder stones may leads to some carcinogenic conditions in some peoples. Anyway Ayurveda has very effective herbal medicines for removing gallstones. If you're reluctant to take medicines it's better to do surgery. Don't be panic , its completely curable.
