Sir one year ago my knee was dislocate but it come back to its position. And there was pain sometimes or very few time when I force it much and every time - every time when I bend and straight it, it gives pop sound without any hurt or pain. Doctor said my mri report was right and he said to take rest and don't to force it. Sir please tell me how can I fix this pop sound problem and what could be this problem exact? Is it need to show you my mri report.
