I had wax buildup in my right ear so I used soliwax, I then thought would be a good idea to also use it in my left ear also, but as soon as I applied it to my left ear I felt something blocking my hearing. After 15 minutes of 5 drops in my ear I removed it but there is nearly complete blockage in my ear ie I cannot hear properly in my left ear.

There must be some wax in the left ear also. It tends to swell on putting the drops. So you are unable to hear. Get your ears cleaned and your hearing will return to normal.

It occurred due to impaction of the wax in the canal near the ear drum producing blocking sensation inside the ear canal. Either do syringing of your ear with luke warm saline or get it cleaned by an ent practitioner.
