Hi Eat healthy food. Avoid junk/ spicy/fried/oily foods. Eat homemade food include seasonal fruits, complex carbs like Dalia, Khichdi, oats and whole wheat bread etc. Eat small and frequent meals. Eat all your meals on time. Take any Tablet Multivitamin once a day. Take a light and early dinner.
