Hey lybrate-user aap shayd eczema se suffer kar rahe honge. Sabse important aapke liye yeh hai ki aap acha moisturiser use karein din main 4-5 baar hathon par. Agar aap ghar ke koi bhi kaam kar rahe ho jaise ki bartan dhona, kapde dhona ya sabjiyan khatna toh isse jitna kum kar sakte hain kum kar de. Agar avoid na kar payein toh gloves pehan ke kaam karein. Agar aapko shareer pe aur kahin aise khuski ho rahi hai toh bataye.
