mujhe pichhale 45 days se 48_48 hrs tak continue nind nahi aati head se 24 hrs tak continue jhannate ka sound mahasus karta hu jab mai bed par sota hu to 10 _ 15 minutes ke bad nind ka jhataka aata hai jisase meri puri body hil jati hai 2_3 bar aisa hota hai uske bad mai aise hi puri rat bed pe pada rahta hu nind nahi aati sath hi har samay mere mind mai kuchh na kuchh chalata rahta hai jish par mera control nhi rahta hai aur na hi mujhe pata chalata hai aur nind nahi aane se mujhe gussa bhi aata hai to bp high ho jata hai ye problem mujhe ek rat 12 baje tak nind nahi aae to maine gusse se apna head tite karke band liya usi time paseena nikal gaya aur head jhannane laga tab se lekar ab tak mujhe yah problem hai esake alaba mujhe koe kisi bhi side se tension nahi please help and give me some suggestion.

Do u nap in daytime Or do u sleep till late in morning. If yes then stop it. U need to change ur habits. Try to go to bed early. Stop watching TV or mobile phone etc atleast an hour before going to sleep. Drink warm milk before going to bed. Even if u not able to sleep do not start chatting on what's app or face book etc. Don't sleep till late in morning. Eat healthy well balanced food. Finish ur dinner at least 2 hours before bed time.
