Am 26 years old female ,my problem is I already have pre menstrual syndrome starts before 10 days of periods hence after sex also im getting same cramps I have done scan everything is normal, my periods us normal no heavy bleeding no pain but every month 4 days gap will be there, this problem decreased my sexual activity pls suggest me solution,
