Hi doctor, I have a headache for last 20 days which is intermittent but whole day. I am taking eye drops for nodular episclertsis of right eye for last 3 weeks as prescribed. My eye is 90 percent ok but problem is headache which is not going. I asked a physician two days back and he gave me etoshine 90 two tab a day and sibelium 5 mg daily one. However headache is still persisting. Sleep too I was getting disturbed for may days but last two days were good. Kindly guide me what could be the reason.

Persistent headache for 20 days in a middle aged person, you should get your blood pressure checked over both arms to rule out hypertension. If blood pressure is ok then take sibellium 10 mg at bed time & tab paracetamol 500 mg 3 time both for 5 days. If headache persists after that then get an x-ray pns done & you may need a ct scan nof head, neck & brain if your symptom persists.
