My mother, aged 55 years, has been consuming neopride 25 mg over a long period (more than 2 months) continuously. The reason being it helps her reduce her stomach ache while consumption. Once stopped, the pain relapses. We are noticing a swelling in her face suddenly. Unaware if this is the side effect of the long term medicine usage. Note - she has thyroid and bp.

It may lead to water retention lightheadedness insomnia irregular menstrual periods she can take proper rich meal that will help her to get rid from water retention and feel healthy n energetic.
