Hello I noticed that the back of my neck is swollen on one side, maybe a year ago. And it does not show only I can feel its there if I touch it, and its painless. Also at one side of my back, lateral side I feel like there is some thickening or swelling same as my neck. And at that area of my back there is like a small circle its light grey and about 1 cm, like a mole, but its flat like with no elevation just like a different shading. I can actually notice this at my back when I turn around, so im worried could this be just inflammation of lymph nodes or it may also be a cancer. Im 20 years female. I do not feel any pain at my neck, also no pain at back. thank you.
