Hello, I have a question for you. Today I used saline solution for clearing nasal passages. One hour later, I had an urge to sneeze but I hold it. Again after just 1 second, the same happened with the exception that air came out of both ears with high pressure and force. I felt a little bit pain and my hearing was bit decreased (not muffled, kind of the same way after using saline solution in my nose. Therefore, my questions are: 1) is it possible my ear drum ruptured? 2) do I have permanent hearing loss?
