My husband had adenotonsillectomy and uvulectomy 2 days ago. Since yesterday, whatever fluid he takes comes out from his nose. What can we do to control or treat this nasal regurgitation as it's making him to avoid fluids? Also, he's finding it difficult to swallow solids. It hangs on his throat. The ent surgeon who performed the surgeon on him travelled and she said she'll be available in 3 days time. The general physicians in the hospital said my husband will be ok after a while. But, we need solution as soon as possible.
