I have been exposed to the hiv virus after an attack where a person bled on my open wounds (deep scratches on my wrists that I got the morning before the attack) the attack happened thursday evening the 5th december 2019, I started pep saturday morning the 7th december 2019 my dosage is twice a day, its a very stressful time for myself and my family I have a few questions -how effective is this treatment to prevent the contraction of the virus -is the 2 a day dose better than one a day how long after taking the medication can I get a 100% accurate test result -i take my first dose at 8: 30 am does the 2nd dose need to be exactly at 20: 30 the evening? -will it be detrimental if I take the doses 13 or 14 hours apart and not exactly 12 hours apart?
