I'm having a trouble with my anxiety, I kept worrying about my heart health, I already did like 20+ ekgs and met countless gp or cardiologist, the ekgs result are fine and normal. The doctors also said that i'm healthy and in a good condition, nothing to worry. But I still can't stop worrying about my heart health, I feel like heart attack or heart failure will happen to me at any time, especially when i'm asleep. So, my question is, do you have any advice for me? How to differentiate between something caused by anxiety or something cause by health issues? Please help me. Thanks doc.
