I am suffering from my right leg joint pain in last two month. As per height my weight is 70kg. At present weight is 75. What can I do sir.

Keep yourself hydrated through out the day by drinking lots of water. Keep check on your food intake. Walk for at least 45 minutes daily. Keep yourself motivated through out the day to lose weight.
