Hi Sir, I want to grow broiler chicks which feed includes maize but maize cost are very high. Please suggest cheap and efficient feed formulations for broilers.

for broilers 2 types of feed formulation required .As broiler birds are kept for 6 weeks so 2 types of feed formulation should be there. 1. Broiler starter ( from 0 to 4 weeks)    2. Broiler finisher  ( 5th to 6th weeks) 
 both types of food are available in market. both these feeds differ in protein content. but if no feed supplier is available in your area or if is cost too high , u can also prepare these feed with some of the common gradients like maize, groundnut cake, linseed cake, wheat bran, aminoacid formulations,vitamins and mineral supplements.
