I am 15 years old male. I am myopic. I was prescribed 1.25 lenses a year ago. Now I think my prescription has changed. I do not wear my spectacles all the time. I want to get my 20/20 vision back. Can eye exercise do this? Is there any way other than lasik surgery to treat this problem. Help me please.
