Hello, i've got scars syndrome and i've had my ovaries removed. Since then i've been on hormone replacement therapy and my doctor got me on a very low dose of estrogens at first not to shock the organism, but I just wonder - should not the dose be increased with time? I've been on my hormone therapy for 2 years now and i'm still on 1 mg estradiol. The results i'm getting are around 40pg/ml of estradiol in my blood. Thank you!
