Hi I am having pain in my scrotum/testicle from past 3-4 weeks now, sometimes it happens in left and than it shifts to right, it's quite alternating, while urinating I can feel inflammation and urine is also cloudy and bit smelly. I also underwent scrotum ultrasound as doctors suspected epidimytis initially but epidymis was not swollen, the pain is continuous which keeps increasing and decreasing. Doctor has prescribed banocide forte for 21 days 3 100 mg tab/day. I have been taking from past 5 days now but not able to see much recovery, pain is still persistent. Can someone please help me in identifying the problem and suggest something.
