Hey, I started taking the pill (minigynon) january of this year, I have been taking them as instructed but I noticed that I have been having period like cramps whenever I take it, the cramps are not severe but its noticeable, is it normal to feel cramps? And does these cramps mean im damaging my reproductive organs? Your reply would be greatly appreciated.

No, You take it evening after food, not take at night after dinner. Hope problem will be solve.

Cramps are normal, bug u will have to get it checked for vitamin d3 and thyroid profile done to rule out hormonal imbalance
