Dear Akash, Gread 1 ACL is A slight tear and joint function resumes fairly quickly. Some physical therapy, rest, icing and treatments may be required for healing. Also gread 1 meniscus tear can also be treated with same as outer edge of meniscus is having blood supply and tends to heal So my opinion is continue physical therapy along with rest to your knee ( use knee brace ). Avoid cross leg sitting, stairs climbing and sitting on Indian toilet if you have. Make sure you do not feel disbalance or locking of your knee. And that’s it Hope for speedy recovery for you Get well soon
