I was suffering from anxiety disorder few months back for which I was taking medicines. I completed my course. But from the past few days I feel a tingling sensation in me head and face. What is it?

Try to relax --exercise. Exercise is one of the most important things you can do to combat stress. Take a few minutes to breathe in and out in slow, deep breaths. Reduce your caffeine intake.
