In sept 2015 I fell mouthfirst while running and one of my front incisors (which was little protruding initially) broke off half way and the inner portion was exposed. My dentist did a rct and put a crown/cap on it with the help of the hole in the natural teeth and the post on the artificial one. It fell off a few times after that but the dentist put it back on every time. Then a month back it fell off again and a part of the post on the artificial half tooth got stuck in the hole of the natural tooth. (1) did the impact which caused the tooth to break cause any damage in the other teeth around? As I haven't had any problems in those till now .(2) can the other teeth beside the half broken tooth deviate from their place and cause a problem? Because the tooth on the left of it is somewhat protruding out than the rest of them. I am without a cap now and the hole sometimes gets filled up with plaque and food particles which I clean. (3) what will be the best treatment now?
